Complete the following steps as soon as possible: First uninstall the app software on your phone by holding down the MediaCell+ app icon in your home screen and press 'remove'. Check if the VPN is installed and remove via: 'Settings' > 'General' > 'Profile' or 'Profile & Device Management' > tap the 'Ipsos MediaCell+' profile > tap 'Remove Profile'. Now reinstall the app ONLY through this link: https://ipsos.io/mcpios and ensure the Root Certificate is fully enabled during the installation. If you need an activation code, do let us know.
