Please can you restart your phone, open the app, and accept all prompts on your screen. If you do not see any prompts, please uninstall the app via: Settings > Apps or Applications > Uninstall Ipsos MediaCell+. Remove VPN (if installed), via: Settings > Security/Lock screen & Security / Security & Location > Encryption & Credentials / Other Security Settings > 'Trusted credentials / View Security Certificates' > User> MediaCell+, & remove.
