Hi GLENDA. This is a reminder to inform you that your deposit account(s) will be closed if we did not receive the source of income information within the next 2 calendar days by October 04, 2025. Your loan account(s) including any revolving credit limit will also be closed upon full settlement and any application you have will be cancelled. Log in to the app and go to Menu -> Additional Information submission and submit the questionnaire. As your account(s) are now blocked, you may still transfer your funds out but you many no longer cash-in or receive incoming funds. Should your account(s) be closed, you can transfer your remaining balance by going to the app?s login screen and selecting ?Claimable funds? on the Peso icon.
