Dynata has rolled back to a previous version of interviewer. If you are having trouble with interviewer, please log out and refresh to get version 3.11.4.
For dead air or audio problems we recommend clearing cache and going Not Ready, refreshing the page, and then Ready again. If this doesn't help, please log out and log back in. Please make sure your computer is hardwired with an ethernet cable(not using WiFi) and your headset is corded(not cordless).

To enter the calling queue, type either "land" or "cell" depending which your screen says. Then select "Enter Queue" followed by "Ready."
